Recruiting and Retaining Talent in the Disability Sector

As the Ipswich region transitions to the NDIS, our capacity to manage workforce challenges will become more critical.
This workshop has been specifically designed for staff involved in recruitment. You may be an HR Manager, line manager or facilities manager or interested in strategies that will position your organisation to recruit talent for its future needs.
Included in the workshop are these discussions:
- Sector overview – NDIS roll out: The ripple effect
- Talent strategies in a context of significant challenge and change
- How to find candidates that don’t have a digital footprint
- Person-centred/customer focus approach to service delivery – Should this change how we recruit?
The workshop will be delivered by Kim Keating from Morgan Consulting. Kim is an experienced recruitment manager who specialises in the not for profit and disability services sector.
