How can we help?

If you have funding for Support Co-ordination as part of your NDIS plan, Infinity Community Solutions can:

  • identify options for community, mainstream and funded NDIS supports
  • obtain quotes for services from a range of suitable disability services providers
  • co-ordinate Service Agreements with providers
  • connect you to informal supports to strengthen your ability to participate in the community
  • implement and monitor your NDIS plan
