Leading corporate strategist Diann Feldman has joined Infinity Community Solutions as its inaugural Chairperson and Non-Executive Director, as the organisation aims to bring a new perspective to the social services sector.
Ms Feldman is the Managing Director of specialist corporate strategy and leadership firm Feldman and Associates and is an experienced Board Director and Chairperson, currently leading two other not-for-profit organisations.
She is a highly sought after researcher, writer, trainer, leadership coach and guest speaker, delivering numerous talks and conference key note presentations in Australia, USA, Asia, Europe and South America.
Ms Feldman said she is excited to lead the establishment of Infinity Community Solutions.
“The opportunity to work with a boutique and nimble organisation built on strong values and sound evidence based practice inspired me to take on this role,” Ms Feldman said.
“Infinity is bringing new perspective to a landscape of social needs that is constantly changing and in doing so, may reverse many alarming social trends.
“The organisation’s investment in innovative digital solutions will, in time, shape how the entire social services sector responds to and meets the needs of clients, their families and carers.
“I look forward to developing a robust strategy that maximises the organisation’s reach to help improve the lives of some of the most vulnerable people in our community.”
Infinity Community Solutions CEO Shelley Wall said Ms Feldman’s extensive leadership, governance and directorship experience was a huge advantage for the organisation.
“Di has a longstanding connection to social services through her work on key projects for not-for-profit organisations, including research into the journey of foster carers,” Ms Wall said.
“She also played an integral role in establishing the Australia and New Zealand chapter of The Greenleaf Centre for Servant-Leadership”.
“We are very grateful to have her on board and have no doubt that her insight into the social services sector and diverse range of skills will be hugely valuable to the future of Infinity Community Solutions.”
