(ICS) leadership team, he brings expertise from both government and community sectors, focusing on programs that support children and families. Born in Germany and raised in Australia, Martin’s upbringing shaped his strong work ethic and sense of purpose. Initially planning a career in education, a significant event during his university years redirected his path toward the human services sector. This moment helped Martin discover a passion for helping children and young people in need.
